there is so much wrong here.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

chances are, if your a student, you dont have much, if any experience building a house or drawing plans for an addition.

your professor will not give you extra credit for doing work for some guy on craigslist.

going on the ‘get what you pay for’ it sounds like a great option for something you are going to live in.

clearly this guy has no understand or appreciation for the work that goes into a set of drawings. Let me pull out a couple napkins, cuz that’s what this guy deserves. No that’s not a window, its just a ketchup stain (thats just a GIS image, still too developed for this guy)

Reply to his offer, saying he can pay you for the opportunity to have an (do you guys have licences for your Architects? I am only familiar with CAD) designer properly design the addition. An additional fee is also available for him to pay if wants to have someone do CA for him, and doesn’t want to get screwed by the contractor.

Doing work for the “exposure”, or “credit” doesn’t work when your liable for someones property. What an ass.

i would think the best thing to do is put the bath against the exterior wall and the kitchen in the middle so you can have one nice open studio. flip the orientation of the bath and the can share a wet wall. it seems liek it loses a lot of space for that hallway past the bath.

i’m not licensed, but with small work you do not need to be. My boss is licensed though.
